I grew up surrounded by the mountains of Valais, Switzerland. From an early age, I’ve lived between cultures and languages, which seeded a passion for various forms of self-expression such as languages, movement and music. Later, this passion led me to move to Edinburgh, to study counselling and psychotherapy. I wanted to learn how to guide and empower others in their journey of self-expression.

I value connecting and collaborating with people in a kind, open-minded and authentic way. In my personal journey, therapy has been incredibly enriching, and I feel humbled to be in the position to offer a safe place for my clients to look inward and explore their fears, joys, and everything in between.

The foundation of my practice is person-centered and I work from a psychodynamic perspective to help you make more sense of the different ways your have learned to relate to others and yourself. I am always learning and incorporating new tools and approaches to support my clients, as I believe each person has unique needs.

I particularly enjoy helping millennials as they experience low self-esteem, anxiety and challenges in their close relationships.
